During his 20-year tenure at CNR, Steven served on the Investment Strategy Committee, where helped shape the firm’s macroeconomic outlook and contributed to strategic and tactical global asset allocation recommendations. He played a crucial role in strategic partner relationships, client development and investment communications, delivering performance updates and economic and financial market insights.

Tracy Gallagher is the Head of Alternative Investments at Arta Finance, where she is responsible for manager selection and product development. Hart served on over 50 limited partner advisory committees globally and was well recognized as one of the premier venture capital investors in the industry. While at 50 South Capital, Hart initiated the firm's value-added investment program alongside Northern Trust's global CIO/CTO leadership team. Hart served as a voting member of 50 South Capital's investment committee. Before joining 50 South Capital, Hart was an investor at Greenspring Associates and a fund formation attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Previously, Zuri spent nearly a decade in institutional investing in real assets at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, the largest global infrastructure investor, and GE Capital Energy Financial Services, the leading principal energy investor, particularly focused on alternative energy, regulated utilities, transportation, and logistics across North America and Latin America. Zuri holds dual degrees, with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania - a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, along with a Minor in Mathematics.
